During your consultation, a live blood analysis is carried out, whereby the state of your blood is viewed. This analysis can indicate the existence of allergies, by observation of your immune cells and how they are functioning.

Through doing a separate blood typing test, we can also ascertain which blood type you are. This may help determine possible food allergies.

To determine more specifically your particular food allergies, we can arrange a comprehensive food allergy test for you, whereby a sample of your blood is sent to the United States for analysis. The “Standard” test comprises 96 foods in 7 categories. There is also a Vegetarian food allergy test available. If necessary, the selected test can be expanded to include herbs and spices. The results, sent back to us, reveal which foods you are allergic to, and whether the allergies are mild, moderate or severe.

After studying the results of your tests, we will then be able to tailor-make a programme especially for you.
